O'BRIEN, John, (formerly of ESB and Dundrum), February 1, 2018, peacefully after a long illness, bravely bourne with great courage, in the care of the wonderful staff of St. James Hospital. Beloved husband of Marie Ryan O’Brien and loving father to John, Niamh, Orna and Roisin. John will be sadly missed by his wife, children, grandchildren David, Conor, Kate, Heather, Hazel, Haley, Lois and Nikita, brothers Pat and Joe, sister-in-law Emily, brother-in-law John, daughter-in-law Anne, son-in-law Clive and all his friends and neighbours. John will be reposing in the Larry Massey Funeral Home, Eden Centre, Grange Road, Rathfarnham, tomorrow (Saturday) from 3 o'c to 5 o'c. Removal on Monday to the Church of St. John the Evangelist, Ballinteer, arriving for 12 o’c Mass. Funeral afterwards to Mount Jerome Crematorium, Harold’s Cross. Family flowers only.
