O'CONNELL On Dom's First Anniversary, his wife Pam and children Anna, Ciara, Eavan and Eoin would like to sincerely thank Fr. Tom O'Keeffe who helped us greatly in organising the Celebration Mass of Dom's life, and to everyone who joined us in Foxrock Church, your presence was much appreciated. Heartfelt thanks to The Royal Hospital Donnybrook for the exceptional care and support Dom received throughout his time there. Thank you to Robbie, John and Peter who were unwavering in their kindness and assistance during Dom's many trips to Lourdes with the Dublin Diocesan Pilgrimage. To Foxrock Golf Club for their Guard of Honour when leaving the Church, which Dom would have appreciated and their catering staff for looking after us so well. We would also like to thank all those who sent Mass cards, letters or called to the house, we are truly grateful. Sincere thanks to our extended family and close friends for their amazing support through every step of Dom's journey. Mass has been offered for all your intentions.
