BURKE - January 18, 2014 (Terrystown, Dublin 12 and late of Player Wills and Knights of St. Columbanus), Anthony (Tony), peacefully in the loving care of Our Lady's Hospice, Harold's Cross. To the inexpressible grief of his loving wife Marjorie. Much loved Dad of Kieran, Anthony, Maryrose, Lorcan and Isabelle. He will be sadly missed by his loving family, wife, sons and daughters, sons-in-law, daughters-in-law, his adored grandchildren, brother Paddy, sister Teasy, extended family, neighbours and a wide circle of friends. May he Rest In Peace. Reposing at Our Lady's Hospice, Harold's Cross tomorrow, Tuesday afternoon with Prayers at 5pm. Removal tomorrow, Tuesday evening to St. Anges's Church, Crumlin Village, arriving at 6pm. Funeral on Wednesday after 10am Requiem Mass to Bohernabreena Cemetery. Family flowers only, please. BURKE Anthony (Tony), (Perrystown, Dublin 12), died January 18, 2014 - On this, the eve of his First Anniversary, Tony's wife Marjorie, and Anthony, Maryrose, Lorcan and Isabelle, would like to express our sincere gratitude to all who sympathised with us on the death of Tony, a beloved husband, Dad and Grandad. Our thanks to the staff of Blackrock Clinic and Our Lady's Hospice, Harold's Cross, who looked after him during his illness. A special word of thanks to Dr. Fred Shackleton, Dad's GP for his kindness, care and support over the years. We would like to particularly thank Fr. Gerry Byrne and Liz Coyle for their wonderful care and support. Sincere thanks also to Fr. Paul Tyrrell and the priests of St Agnes Parish who visited Dad frequently during his illness and celebrated his funeral Mass. We thank our extended family, friends, neighbours and work colleagues who attended the removal Service and funeral Mass and those who travelled long distances to be with us. We are very grateful to those who sent Mass cards, sympathy letters and messages of condolence and those who visited us during and since our bereavement. Your kindness, love and support have been a great comfort to all of us. The Holy Sacrifice of the Mass will be offered for your intentions. First anniversary Mass will be celebrated tomorrow 18th January at 12.30pm in St Agnes Parish Church. Tony was much loved.
