DELANY - Orla (1939-2021) It is with great sadness that the family of Orla Delany (Montreal and Dawson Court, Dublin) announces her passing on January 28, 2021, at the age of Eighty-one years. Orla will be greatly missed by her three brothers, Faolan (Katherine), John, and Joseph (Mimi), and by her brother-in-law, John. She was preceded in death by her parents, John and Eithne Delany, and by her sister, Clora. She was a devoted aunt and great-aunt who will forever hold a very special place in the hearts of her nieces and nephews, particularly Laura, Alyssa, and Ciaran, and her great-nephews Luke and Ryan who adored her. She will be dearly missed by her cousin Bria (Ray), by her family back in Ireland, and by her cherished friends who all cared so deeply for her. Orla will forever be remembered for her kindness and gentle strength, her fierce love for her family, and her dedication to her faith and church community.

I was so sad to read of Orla’s death on Saturday. To John and all her siblings, may I extend my deep sympathy. I’ve known Orla and her lovely family since I was five years old and would just say she left an indelible memory of love, Michael
