RUSLING, Anne nee Power, Tourgar and Tramore, Co. Waterford. 22nd March, 2021 in Mexico. Beloved eldest daughter of the late Eileen and Owen Power. Sister of Frances Hipwell, Pat Power and Ruth Byrne. Deeply regretted by her family, nephews, nieces, relatives and friends. Her cremation has taken place in Mexico and her ashes will be interred at a later date in Tramore.
