O'CARROLL, Frank (Rathmines), (late of Baxendale & Co. Ltd and life member of Leinster Cricket Club) February 19, 2021 (peacefully) at St. James’s Hospital. Deeply regretted by his loving wife Joan (née Fitzpatrick). Predeceased by his sister Doreen and her husband Bill, brother Noel and his wife Anne, cousins Rita Gilligan and Maura Moore. Frank will be sadly missed by his niece Jean and her husband Enda, nephew Noel and his fiancée Ann, grandnieces Ella and Ava, cousins Berna Tyndall, Fran Swords and Eamonn O’Sullivan, his dear friend Fr. Jim Caffrey Mepkin Abbey, his Caremark carers who looked after him so well over the past four months, relatives, neighbours and friends. Rest in Peace. In accordance with government guidance a private family funeral will be held tomorrow (Wednesday) at 10.00 am. The Mass may be viewed on https://Livestream.absentfriends.ie/FrankOCarroll

O'CARROLL - Frank - On the First Anniversary of Frank’s death, his wife Joan, niece Jean and nephew Noel wish to convey their gratitude and appreciation to relatives, friends and neighbours for their great support at the time of Frank’s death and over the past difficult year. Your Mass and sympathy cards, flowers, letters, telephone calls and messages of condolence on Rip.ie brought comfort in the darkest days. A special word of thanks to Fr. Andrew O’Sullivan P.P. for his celebration of Frank’s Funeral Mass and attendance at the graveside. Deep appreciation to Ministers of the Word and The Prayer of the Faithful - Sheila, Jean, Colette and Ronan, Sacristan Cecelia, Organist John Hughes, Soloist Jodi Weafer and to Orla and the Team at Fanagans Funeral Directors for their exceptional personal and professional support. Grateful thanks also to the Staff in St. James’s Hospital who cared for Frank in his final days, his Caremark Homecare Team, Dr. Regina Bradford G.P. and all in Rathmines Clinic and to Vincent Dempsey and Staff in Life Pharmacy for your care and support. The Holy Sacrifice of the Mass has been offered for your intentions.
