LEWIS, – Sam (Knocklyon), June 22 2018, (peacefully) in the wonderful care of the staff at Our Lady’s Hospice, Harold’s Cross. Son of the late Beatrice and Frederick, brother of the late Beryl. Beloved husband of Noelle and much loved father of Claire, and also father of Melanie and Victoria (South Africa). Dearly loved and remembered by his family, relatives and a wide circle of friends. Funeral Service on Monday (June 25) at 2pm in St. Maelruain’s Church, Tallaght Village, afterwards to the adjoining churchyard. Family flowers only, please. Donations, if desired, to the Irish Cancer Society or Our Lady’s Hospice, Harold’s Cross. 'The Lord is my Shepherd.'
