McGEADY Thomas A. (Tommy) August 31, 2017 - The brother-in-law, niece, nephews, aunt, cousins and extended family of the late Tommy McGeady thank most sincerely all who sympathised with them in their recent sad bereavement, those who attended the respose, Requiem Mass and were at the Crematorium. Thanks to all who sent Mass or sympathy cards, and special thanks to all who travelled long distances to be present. Special thanks also to the doctors and nurses of St. Joseph's Ward, St. Vincent's University Hospital, Dublin for their care and attention. Thanks also to the hospital chaplains, and other priests who visited the hospital. Grateful thanks to Fr. Clement Olaniyan for the lovely Requiem Mass and to con-celebrants Fr. Leon O Giollain SJ, Fr. Ray Hickey and Fr. Paddy Dundon. Thanks to Emer Barry and Eilis Hannon for the music which was much appreciated. Thanks also to the staff and students of the UCD Vet College for the honour guard at the church. Thanks also to Fanagans, Funeral Directors, for their dignified and professional service throughout. As it would be impossible to thank everyone individually it is hoped that this acknowledgement will be accepted as a token of sincere appreciation and gratitude. The Holy Sacrifice of the Mass will be offered for everyone's intentions. Tommy's Month's Mind Mass will be celebrated in St. Brigid's Church, Carnhill, Derry at 6.00 p.m. on Saturday, September 30, 2017. All welcome. A Memorial Service will be held at the Our Lady Seat of Wisdom Church, UCD, Belfield, Dublin 4, at 1pm on Wednesday, October 4, 2017. All welcome.
