TIERNEY, (Celbridge, Co. Kildare, formerly of Milltown, Dublin 6 and Knocknacarra, Co. Galway) – August 14, 2024, (peacefully), after a short illness, at St. Francis Hospice, Raheny, Tom, beloved husband of the late Cathy and dear father of Laura, Eleanor and Niall; Sadly missed by his loving son, daughters, sisters Nuala, Brenda and Trish, daughter-in-law Joanne, brothers-in-law, grandchildren Oisín, Conor, Evie, Finn, Holly and Alanna, nephews, nieces, relatives, neighbours and friends. Reposing at his home on Monday from 4pm to 7pm. Removal on Tuesday to The National Maritime Museum of Ireland, Haigh Terrace, Dun Laoghaire, Co.
