McDONOUGH - David, (Cappa, Kilrush, Co. Clare and formerly of Dublin) - January 1, 2025, peacefully but unexpectedly, at Limerick University Hospital, pre-deceased by his beloved wife and best friend Kay and his baby grandaughter Frances. Very sadly missed by his sons Colin, David, Neil and Aidan, his daughters- in- law Edel, Sylvia, Elaine and Joanna, his adored grandchildren Cian, Ben, Conall, Kate, Grace, Hugo, Rosa, Rian, Veronica, and Nella, his brothers Noel, John, Shay and Brian,sisters Philomena and Noreen, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nephews, nieces, relatives, former colleagues at ESB Moneypoint and Ringsend and his many friends. May his gentle soul rest in peace. Reposing at St. Senan's Church, Kilrush on tomorrow (Saturday) from 4pm with prayers at 6pm. Funeral Mass on Sunday, January 5 at 12 noon. Burial afterwards in All Saints Cemetery, Shanakyle. Family flowers only please. Donations if desired to a charity of your choice. Mass can be viewed live on kilrushparish.com
