INGOLDSBY Frances, (née O'Mahony) - (Glasnevin and Kilcrohane): On the weekend of Frances's 93rd birthday, Bairbre (de Búrca), David, Brian, Eithne (Fitzgerald), Aidan and Bríd wish to thank the many people who supported us at the time of her death and those who helped us to support her in life, especially during her final illness. We thank the Clareville community, including Teresa Killeen and her team, who made Frances so welcome in Clareville, and the Finglas Home Help carers; their warm support, which Frances greatly valued, enabled her to live independently as long as possible. We thank the staff of the Mater Hospital, and in particular Dr. Denise Sadlier and the staff of St John's Ward, who eased her passing from life to death. We thank her friends from Glasnevin and beyond and her widespread West Cork clan, who kept in constant touch - Frances delighted in your messages and visits. We thank her dear friend Fr. Harry Gaynor, whose visits were a great comfort to her and whose personal words in her funeral Mass were appreciated by all. We thank all who attended her wake, her removal and her funeral, especially those who travelled long distances, and those whose active participation in these ceremonies made them a true celebration of Frances's life. We thank the many people who contributed so generously to Bro. Kevin Crowley's Capuchin Day Centre for Homeless People, one of Frances's favourite causes. We acknowledge the many messages of sympathy, Mass bouquets and words of support sent to us from far and wide. We also thank our own families, neighbours, colleagues and friends, whose understanding and support have helped us through this time. The family asks all mentioned here to accept this notice, rather than individual acknowledgement cards, as a heartfelt expression of our thanks.
