GLEESON Edward, SC (Woodbrook, Rochestown Road, Cork and formerly of Birdhill, Co. Tipperary) On October 7th, 2013, (peacefully), in the presence of his loving family at Marymount Hospice, darling husband of Anne, loving father of Peter, Susan, Orla, Ann-Marie, Gavan, Nicola and Gabrielle, adored granddad of Dascha, Amy, Ross, Mark, Isabel, Dylan, Jack, Charlie and Skye. Deeply mourned by his loving family, sons-in-law, daughters-in-law, relatives, neighbours and his many friends. Reposing at his home tomorrow (Wednesday) evening from 5.00pm to 8.00pm. Reception prayers at 10.45am tomorrow (Thursday) in St. Patrick's Church, Rochestown Road, followed by Requiem Mass at 11.00am. Service at 1.00pm in The Island Crematorium, Ringaskiddy, Co. Cork. All welcome. Family flowers only. Donations in lieu to Marymount.
