GREENE, Florence Annie (née Gawley) (Rathfarnham, Dublin and Tourlestrane, Sligo) December 24, 2021. (Peacefully) in the care of the staff at St. James’s Hospital. Beloved wife of Norman and much loved mother of David. Predeceased by her brother Edwin; Florence will be forever loved and sadly missed by Norman, David & AnneMarie, her cherished grandchildren Ben and Ellie, her sister Emily, brother Henry, nieces, nephews, all extended family, neighbours, friends and her colleagues from the Golfing Union of Ireland. Florence’s Funeral Service will take place today (Thursday, December 30) at 1.30pm in Whitechurch Parish Church, Church of Ireland, Whitechurch Road, Rathfarnham, followed by a 3.15pm Cremation Service in Mount Jerome, Harold’s Cross.
