RYAN, (née Butruille) Genevieve (of Woodbine Road, Blackrock, Co. Dublin) - Peacefully, aged 93, on Monday January 22, 2024, surrounded by her daughters Fiona (Butterworth) and Leslie (Ryan). Beloved wife to the late Dr William (Billy) Ryan, mother to Fiona and Leslie, mother-in-law to John, grandmother to Charlie, Zoe and Jake and their partners Rachael, Kieran and Megan and great-grandmother to Olly, Ehryn and Jake. She will be sadly missed by her sister Martine, and all of her French nephews and nieces, as well as her extended family, friends and neighbours. We are extremely grateful for the care and love shown during her time at Royal Hospital in Donnybrook. Funeral Mass will take place at Church of the Assumption, Booterstown on Saturday January 27, at 10 am, followed by her burial at Dean’s Grange Cemetery. For those unable to attend, the Mass may be viewed live at https://www.churchservices.tv/booterstown. ‘May she rest in peace'

We are thinking of you, Leslie and Fiona, at this sad time. But we have many happy memories of your wonderful Mum, Genevieve, going all the way back to junior sailing times. May she rest in peace and so sorry we are in Australia for the Saturday celebration of her life. Sean and Heather Craig.
