DUNCAN, Prof. William LL.D., C.M.G. (formerly of Dublin, The Hague, and Hereford, and late of the Hague Conference and the Law Dept. TCD) 3rd August 2025. Peacefully, with his family and in the kind and tender care of the staff in The Four Ferns, Foxrock. Beloved husband of the late Ilana, brother of the late Liz and loving Dad of Heidi, Tim, Tanya and Natalie. He will be sadly missed by his daughters, son, son-in-law Conor, his cherished grandchildren Nick, Janna, Seyna, Samuel, Chloe and Amy, extended family, nieces, nephews, neighbours, friends and colleagues. Memorial Service on Tuesday 12th August at 1pm in the Public Theatre, Trinity College, Front Square, Dublin 2 (Access on foot through front gate). No flowers please.
