KENNY, Dr. William J. (Bill) January 17, 2023 at Leeson Park House, Dublin, after a short illness. Retired Consultant Psychiatrist, (formerly of South Hill, Dartry, St Conal’s Hospital, Letterkenny and The Institute of Living, Hartford, Connecticut, USA). Brother of Jim and the late John Kenny. Deeply mourned by his loving sons Brendan (La Paz, Bolivia) and Robert (Bentonville, Arkansas, USA), daughters-in-law Veronica and Ines, grandchildren Matilda, Stefano, Benjamin, Matthias and Adrian, sisters-in-law Pat and Bridget and his many nieces and nephews. Reposing at the Oratory, 10 Leeson Park, Dublin 6, today (Thursday) from 2.00pm to 4.00pm. Requiem Mass at Church of the Holy Name, Beechwood Avenue, Dublin 6 tomorrow (Friday) at 10.00 a.m. followed by burial at Deans Grange Cemetery. Bill’s family extend their most sincere thanks to the wonderful staff, nurses and carers at Leeson Park House for the devoted care and companionship which they gave Bill in the years he spent with them. May his gentle soul Rest in Peace.
