QUINN, Niall (Monkstown, Co. Dublin) April 9, 2021. Peacefully, in his 93rd year. Devoted and loving husband to Peggy and adored father to Peter, Michael and Margaret; and brother to the late Marella (1950). He was much loved by his daughters-in-law Niamh and Sandra, grandchildren Niall, Harry, Sarah, Andrew and Simon. He will be fondly remembered by his sister-in-law Aine, and his many nieces, nephews, relatives, neighbours and friends. A Gentleman who loved and lived a full life. Rest in Peace. Due to current government restrictions a family funeral will take place privately. The Funeral Mass can be viewed tomorrow (Wednesday) at 10am using the following link: https://monkstownparish.ie/webcam/ . QUINN - Niall (Monkstown) (First Anniversary, April 9, 2021) – Peggy, Peter, Michael, Margaret and family wish to thank and acknowledge everyone who sympathised with them on the sad loss of Niall. Our sincere gratitude to all who sent Mass cards, sympathy cards, letters, texts, emails, who placed condolences on www.rip.ie and attended the live streaming of Niall’s funeral Mass. Thanks to those who stood outside the church, extended family who attended the graveyard, the neighbours and friends who stood on Brighton Avenue and Terrace to bid him farewell, the Past Presidents of Blackrock College R.F.C. for the guard of honour outside the church. We also wish to express our sincere thanks to Fr. Kevin Rowan, Rev Eric Cooney and Fr. Anthony Gaughan for celebrating the mass and graveside prayers. We thank Carnegies Funeral Directors for their compassion, professionalism and guidance through the Covid restrictions. Niall’s First Anniversary Mass will be offered tomorrow (Sunday) at 11.30 a.m. in St Patrick’s Church Monkstown.
