DOWLEY, M.Arch, F.R.I.A.I, Noel (Blackrock, Co. Dublin and formerly Woodquay, Galway) - March 14, 2023. Peacefully, in the extra loving care of the staff at The Ashbury Nursing Home, Deansgrange. Beloved husband of Colette and adoring father of Jacqueline, Paul and Noel (Noelie). He will be sadly missed by his wife, children, daughter-in-law Catherine, granddaughter Amy, extended family and friends. Reposing tomorrow (Saturday) from 2pm to 4pm in Carnegies Funeral Home, Monkstown (A94 XK28). Funeral Mass on Monday (March 20) at 11am in the Church of the Assumption, Booterstown followed by burial in Deans Grange Cemetery. May he rest in peace.
