GANNON, (Jim) (Mount Merrion, Co. Dublin, and formerly Main Street, Portlaoise) April 30, 2018 (peacefully) in the devoted care of Dr. Eoin Tiernan, the nurses and the staff of St. Vincent’s Private Hospital. Beloved and dearly loved husband of Maeve and the late Anne. He will be deeply missed by his sons Paul, Jimmy, and Bill, daughters Mary, Sarah and Carina, sons and daughters-in-law, brothers, Anthony and Ignatius, sisters Gabe and Gertie, sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, his cherished grandchildren, nieces and nephews, extended family and a wide circle of friends. May he Rest in Peace. Jim will repose in Fanagans Funeral Home, Dundrum, Dublin 14, today, (Wednesday) from 5pm to 7pm. Funeral Mass in the Church of St. Thérèse, Mount Merrion, tomorrow (Thursday) morning, at 10am followed by burial at Deans Grange Cemetery. Family flowers only please. Donations, if desired to the Fr. McVerry Trust. House private.
