CUSACK (née Murphy), (Dublin) - August 2, 2014, (peacefully) at Elm Hall Nursing Home, Celbridge, Co. Kildare; Eileen, beloved wife of the late Jack (The Cosy Bar, Coombe) and mother of the late Joan. Sadly missed by her loving son David, daughters Patricia, Marese and Bernadine, daughter-in-law Aileen, sons-in-law Jeffrey and Martin, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. Rest in peace. Reposing in Fanagans Funeral Home, Lower Kimmage Road. Removal this Tuesday evening to the Church of Our Lady Refuge of Sinners, Rathmines arriving at 5 o'clock. Funeral on Wednesday after 10 o'clock Mass to Mount Jerome Crematorium. No flowers please. Donations if desired to Our Lady's Hospice, Harold's Cross.
