DARCY VAN DEN AKKER Sinéad - A year has passed and we remain heartbroken by the premature loss of our Sinéad. Jan-Hein, Rohan, Aaron and Lena together with the Darcy and van den Akker families would like to express their sincere gratitude for the love and support shown to us by our family, friends and neighbours at the time of Sinéad's death and since. We would like to thank all those who called to the house or attended the funeral especially those who travelled long distances from Leitrim and The Netherlands. The many letters of sympathy and Mass cards we received were, and continue to be, a source of great comfort to us all. In particular we would like to acknowledge Sinéad's close friends who simply could not do enough for the family throughout her short illness and over the past year. Their practical and moral support has been invaluable. Finally we would like to express our thanks to Fr. Peter O'Connor. The Holy Sacrifice of Mass will be offered for the intentions of all.
