WHELAN, Kieran (Red) Captain (Retd. Irish Army and former Bursar at Castleknock College), (Templeogue, Dublin) 2nd March, 2025, peacefully in Tallaght Hospital. Predeceased by his loving wife Betty and daughter Denise. He will be very sadly missed by his adored daughters Anne, Catherine, Mary, Terri, Ciara and Paula, sons-in-law, loving grandchildren and great-grandchildren as well as the extended family. May he Rest in Peace. Removal on Thursday morning (6th March) from Fanagans Funeral Home, Willbrook Road, Rathfarnham to St. Colmcille’s Church, Knocklyon for 11am Funeral Mass and then followed by burial in Mount Venus Cemetery.
