STOKES (Fort Mary Park, North Circular Road, Limerick and formerly of Auburn Ave., Mullingar, Co. WestMeath) - December 23, 2012 peacefully in the wonderful care of Athlunkard House Nursing Home and Blue Bird Care. Bernadette (Berry) (late de Beers Shannon). Daughter of the late Richard and Mary Stokes, sister of the late Sr. Celestine, Bridie (Forde) Lillie, Peter, Paddy and Richard. Will be greatly missed by her nephews and nieces Dara, Garry, Sheila, Claire and Paula (Forde), Dorothy, Ruth and Richard (Stokes), Olive, Oonagh and Carmel (Stokes), grandnephews, grandnieces, great grandnephew, great-grandniece, sisters-in-law Bebe and Sheila, relatives and friends. Rest in peace. Reposing in Thompsons Funeral Home, Thomas Street tomorrow, Friday evening from 3.00pm to 4.00pm followed by removal to Our Lady of the Rosary Church, Ennis Road for Mass at 4.30pm. Requiem Mass on Saturday at 10.00am in the Cathedral of Christ the King, Mullingar followed by burial in Ballyglass Cemetery, Mullingar.
