PHELAN Joe (Monkstown, Co. Dublin and formerly of Waterford, late of Dublin City Council) January 15, 2015. Peacefully, at St. Vincent's Private Hospital. Dearly loved husband of Bernie Price. Sadly missed by his loving wife, brothers, sisters, aunt, sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, nephews, their partners, relatives and friends. May he Rest in Peace. Reposing this (Friday) afternoon in Carnegies Funeral Home, Monkstown between 4.00pm - 6.00pm with removal tomorrow (Saturday) morning to St. Patrick's Church, Monkstown arriving at 9.50am for 10.00 o'c funeral Mass followed by Cremation at Mount Jerome Crematorium. Family flowers only please. Donations if desired, to ARC Cancer Support.
