STEWART (Patricia) (Terenure, Dublin) - The family would like to thank most sincerely all those who sympathised with them at the time of Pat's death, particularly those who attended her removal, Mass and funeral, many of whom travelled long distances to be with them. A spacial word of thanks to those who sent floral tributes, Mass Cards and letters of sympathy. We are enormously grateful to the staff of the William Stokes Unit, Tallaght Hospital and Terenure Home Care Services for their care and attention during Pat's illness. The Holy Sacrifice of the Mass will be offered for the intentions of all.
