McCORMACK Jim. First Anniversary (June 8). Hazel and family would like to sincerely thank all of those who supported us during Jim's illness and at the time of his death. We would like to offer our sincere gratitude particularly to Jim's extended family, friends, neighbours and former colleagues for their sympathy and kindness. Our heartfelt thanks to all of those who gathered with us to celebrate Jim's life. For those who travelled long distances, sent cards and messages of condolence, we are truly grateful. Jim is sadly missed today and every day and will be forever in our hearts.
