O'MALLEY, Carl - On the First Anniversary of his death (February 26, 2016), Moira his wife, parents Dr's. Carl and Katherine, siblings John and Katherine wish to express our gratitude to extended families and neighbours. The overwhelming kindness and support from Carl's various groups of friends was and still is immensely comforting. To the staff and patients at the Medical Practice Kimmage a sincere thanks. To the staff and parents of Dalkey School Project for their wonderful practical support. A special thank you to St. Vincent's Emergency Department, particularly advanced paramedic David B. Kelly for his expertise and compassion towards the family. We are grateful to David Fanagan and all at Fanagans Funeral Home for their sympathetic and professionalism. The funeral Mass in Kimmage Manor celebrated by Fr. Brendan Carr CCSp and the Spiritian Community was consoling. We will always be grateful to The Irish Times for continuing friendship and outstanding support for Moira and the children, Charlie, Arwen and Carl Leo. Finally it would not be possible to respond to the hundreds of cards, letters and condolences which we have received. Please accept this acknowledgement as a token of our immense appreciation.
