CAREY (Ballinteer, Dublin and late of Fenagh, Co. Leitrim) - October 19, 2005 (peacefully), in the tender care of the Little Sisters of the Poor and staff of Holy Family Residence, Roebuck Road, Dublin, Seán, Canon P.E., Ballinteer; deeply regretted by his loving sister Veronica (McCarthy), his nephews, nieces, relatives, friends, former parishioners, Archbishop Diarmuid Martin, Cardinal Desmond Connell and the priests of the Archdiocese of Dublin, especially his nephew Fr Dermod McCarthy, R.T.E. Rest in peace. His remains will be removed from Holy Family Residence at 5.15 o'clock today (Thursday, October 20) to the Church of The Holy Cross, Dundrum, arriving at 6 o'clock Requiem Mass tomorrow (Friday, October 21) at 11 o'clock, followed by cremation at Newlands Cross Crematorium. Interment of ashes at a later date in the grounds of St John The Evangelist Church, Ballinteer, Dublin."In iothlainn Dé go dtugtar sinn."
