NUGENT (Athlone) - November 6, 2008 (Summerhill and late of Touraneena, Co. Waterford), in the loving care of the staff of St Francis Ward, C.I.S., Portiuncula Hospital, Ballinasloe, James Congress (Jim), retired Garda Sergeant, predeceased by his brother John; deeply regretted by his loving wife Susan, daughters Marie and Suzanne, sons John and James, brothers Canon Thomas Nugent (Lismore) and Eddie, son-in-law Eugene, daughters-in-law Mary and Karen, grandchildren Cormac, Aoife, Muireann, Laura and Shane, relatives, neighbours and a large circle of dear friends. R.I.P. Reposing at his residence from 3 o'clock to 8 o'clock today Saturday with removal to St Bridgid's Church, Drum on Sunday morning for 12 Noon Requiem Mass. Burial immediately afterwards in local cemetery. Family flowers only. Donations if desired to Roscommon/Mayo Hospice.
