van HAAFTEN, Patricia (née Power-Smith) – June 8, 2019, in her 93rd year, in the wonderful care of the Fern Dean Nursing Home, Blackrock, Co. Dublin, pre-deceased by her son Mark and daughter Ivonne, fondly remembered by her daughters Anna (Chisnall), Richele, her five grandsons, extended family and friends. Funeral Service on Friday (June 14) at 11.00am in St. James’ Church, Crinken, Shankill, Co. Dublin. Burial private. Family flowers only, please. “The day Thou gavest, Lord, is ended.”
