JOSEPH William Patrick (Pat) - passed away suddenly on December 24, 2009 in Fish Hoek, Cape Town. Deeply mourned and remembered with great love and affection by his wife Beryl, Trevor, Alison and Lee, Helen, Jason and Tarryn, sister Iris and extended family. Funeral Service to be held today (Tuesday) at 3.30pm. in Fish Hoek.
