DURKAN, Sister Sarah, Daughters of Mary and Joseph, Tallaght, and late of Louisburgh and Uganda - December 26th, peacefully, in the loving care of the Staff, Cedar House Nursing Home. Very deeply regretted by her loving DMJ community, her dear sister, Teresita, and sisters-in-law. Predeceased by her sisters, Anne (Aldridge), Alice (Kerrigan), Nora (Gallagher) and Evelyn (Leamy), her brothers, Father Liam, Johnny and Anthony. Sarah will be sadly missed by her community, sister, sisters-in-law, her many nieces, nephews and extended family. Reposing privately in DMJ house, Bancroft Road, Tallaght D24 HCA2 on Tuesday, 28th December. Removal to Saint Mary’s Priory, Tallaght, on Wednesday, 29th, for 11 a.m. Mass of Thanksgiving (Livestream: churchservices.tv/tallaght), followed by burial in Saint Kieran’s Cemetery, Kilkenny. Ar dheis Dé go raibh a hanam dílis.
