SWEENEY, Mary (nee Whelan) - December 29, 2024, Rathmines, Dublin. Dearly missed by her loving husband Anthony (Tony), children Anne, Miriam, JJ and James, siblings Senan and Carol and predeceased by her brother Andrew, missed also by her beloved dogs TJ and Emi and extended family and friends. Reposing at Corrigan's Funeral Home, Camden street, (eircode: D02 DF22) on Thursday, January 2, from 5pm to 7pm. Funeral Mass on Friday, January 3, at 1:30pm in Beechwood Avenue Church (eircode: D06 Y176), followed by burial in Bohernabreena/Bóthar na Bruíne Cemetery. The family request in lieu of flowers that the equivalent value be donated to Barnardos or the Irish Hospice Foundation.
