COLLIER, (née LEMON), Mary "Eileen" (formerly of Dublin & Bunclody, Co. Wexford) - April 25, 2016, in Victoria, BC, Canada. Pre-deceased by her husband Leslie in 2011, mother of Brian (Dianne), Val (Brian) & Sheelagh, grandmother of Erin (Dan), Kyle (Koren), Brynn (Morgan), Rayna (Chad), Brad (Erin) & great-grandmother of Maclaren, sister of Willie, & sister-in-law of Mina. Pre-deceased by brother Arthur & brothers-in-law Bob, Jos, & Ron. Eileen trained and nursed at the Adelaide Hospital in Dublin and was proud of her family heritage, Lemons Pure Sweets. Her strength of character and guidance will be missed along with her love of all things Irish.
