MULQUEEN (Gortfree Lodge, Tourmakeady, Co. Mayo and Kilrush, Co. Clare) - February 4, 2006 (peacefully) at Mayo General Hospital, Castlebar, following a short illness bravely borne, John (late of Teagasc and N.U.I.G.), devoted husband and father; deeply regretted by his loving wife Rose, children Suzanne, Yvonne, Maureen, Grace, Clare, Clodagh and Joan, grandchildren Kate, Sarah, Sean, Roisin and Molly, sons-in-law David Finn, Peter McLoughlin, Alan Lawlor and son-in-law to be Fergus Cafferty, nieces Mary and Patria Mulqueen, in-laws Chris Mulqueen, Jack, Siobhan, Des and Anne O'Donoghue, cousins, colleagues, neighbours and many friends. Rest in peace. Funeral today (Tuesday) following 12 Noon Mass in Tourmakeady Church with burial in adjoining cemetery. No flowers by request.
