RAJAN - Dr Jacob, passed away peacefully on June 12, 2026, surrounded by his loving family and in the excellent care of the team in St Vincent's Hospital. Beloved husband of Jilloo and loving father of Jebu and Jeena. Deeply missed by his heartbroken family, grandchildren Conor, Owen, Alex and Niamh, daughter-in-law Rachel, son-in-law Dan, his sisters, brother-in-law, sister-in-law, nephews, nieces, extended family and many dear friends. A Service to celebrate Jacobs life will take place on Saturday, June 20, 2026 at 10am in The Victorian Chapel, Mount Jerome Cemetery, Harold's Cross, D6W HY98.
