BOWES, Edward (Ned) (Dublin 8 and formerly of Cuffe St., Dublin) - 24th December 2021, peacefully, in the compassionate care of Dr. Rory McQuillan and the staff of the Beacon Hospital. Beloved husband of the late Máire. Much loved and loving Dad of Zita, Ciara, Niamh and Réiltín. ‘Ned’ to his treasured grandchildren, Edward, Gráinne, Seán, Fionn, Alannah and Emma. Sadly missed by his family, sons-in-law Eamonn, Niall, Aidan and Rhys, sister Una, cousins, especially John, nieces, nephews, sisters-in-law Bridie and Sr Monica, relatives, friends and neighbours. Removal on Wednesday (29th December) to St. Teresa’s Church, Donore Ave., arriving for 5pm prayers. Requiem Mass on Thursday (30th December) at 10am, followed by burial in Palmerstown Cemetery.
