O'SULLIVAN Janet (née Hackett) (Stillorgan Park) - May 22, 2015, unexpectedly, at the Blackrock Clinic, surrounded by her family; beloved wife of the late Shay and loving mother of Ronan and Ciaran, sister of Ann and the late Edwina, Diane and Edward; loved and remembered always by her family, sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, nieces, nephews, grandnieces, grandnephews, the extended family, her colleagues and friends. Rest in peace. Reposing at home today, Monday from 2 o'clock. Removal this evening to Church of the Sacred Heart, Donnybrook arriving at 5 o'clock. Funeral tomorrow, Tuesday after 11 o'clock Mass to Deans Grange Cemetery.
O'SULLIVAN, Janet (née Hackett), died May 22 2015 - On this the first anniversary of the death of our beloved mother, her sons Ciarán and Ronan and her sister Ann, together with her extended family, wish to express their sincere thanks and deepest appreciation to all those who sent floral tributes, Mass cards, messages of sympathy and for their support and kindness during her repose and funeral. As it is not possible to thank everyone individually, please accept this acknowledgement on behalf of all our family as an expression of our deep felt appreciation and thanks for your loving kindness and presence. The anniversary Mass for Janet will take place at the Church of the Sacred Heart, Donnybrook, tomorrow (Sunday), May 22 at 5.30 p.m..
