McCORMACK Eileen (née McGrane) (Clontarf) died January 30, 2013. The daughters, sons, sister and brother of Eileen thank you most sincerely for your kind expression of sympathy in their recent bereavement. We thank all those who visited her and helped her during her illness and supported us in our recent loss, including extended family, friends and neighbours. We acknowledge with gratitude all the people involved in Eileen's excellent care including the staff at the Guinness Medical Centre, the Bon Secours Hospital, the HSE, St. Francis Hospice, Raheny and North City Home Care, in particular Deirdre Barry. We would like to thank, especially, Fr. Martin Hogan of St. John the Baptist Church for his tireless dedication to Eileen and the support he gave to us. We wish to express our sincere appreciation to all those who called to our home, who attended the funeral Mass and burial, those who sent Mass and condolence cards, letters and other messages of sympathy and who made donations to St. Francis Hospice. As it would be impossible to thank everybody individually, please accept this Acknowledgement as a sign of our sincere appreciation and gratitude. The Holy Sacrifice of the Mass has been offered for your intentions.
