Dublin) - October 3, 2006 (peacefully), at home, Jack (John), late of the nursing staff, St Brendan's Hospital; deeply regretted by his loving wife Mary, son Paul, daughter Brenda, brother William, son-in-law Hugh, daughter-in-law Debbie, grandchildren Aoife, Cliodhna, Ciaran and Fraser, sisters-in-law, nephews, nieces, relatives and friends. Rest in peace. Removal this (Wednesday) evening from his home to St Maur's Church, Rush, arriving 7 o'clock Funeral tomorrow (Thursday) after 10 o'clock Mass to Whitestown Cemetery.
