We want to thank all of John’s former colleagues in Ireland and overseas for their many tributes. John is greatly missed by those who knew and loved him. We also acknowledge with gratitude the care provided by the team at Blackrock Clinic, the concelebrants of the funeral Mass at the Church of the Miraculous Medal, Bird Avenue, and all those who contributed to that celebration of John’s life. On behalf of The Irish Heart Foundation, we thank those who donated in John’s memory. It is not possible to thank everyone individually and hope that this acknowledgment will be accepted as a token of our deep and sincere appreciation, the Sacrifice of Mass will be offered for your intentions.
