SHEAHAN, Michael (Mick) (Portmarnock and formerly of Glin, Co. Limerick and late of Hibernian Insurance) - November 1st, 2023, (peacefully), in the wonderful care of the Bon Secours Hospital surrounded by his loving family, predeceased by his brother Joe, beloved husband of Phil, very sadly missed by his loving wife, children Connor, Darragh, Aoife, Niamh and Orla, daughters-in-law Ping and Vera, sons-in-law Trevor, Garrett and Jeff, his adored 14 grandchildren, brother Connor, sister-in-law Mairead, aunt Eileen, cousins, nieces, nephews, extended family, neighbours and his many wonderful friends. Reposing in Staffords Funeral Home, Golf Links Road, Portmarnock tomorrow (Saturday), from 3 o'c to 5 o'c. Removal to St. Anne’s Church Portmarnock on Monday morning for 10 o'c Funeral Mass, followed by cremation in Dardistown Crematorium. Family flowers only, please. Fondly remembered on his First Anniversary by Phil, Connor, Darragh, Aoife, Niamh, Orla, brother Connor and extended family. We offer our sincere appreciation to family, friends, neighbours and all those who supported us during this sad occasion. We are grateful to all of you who left condolences, sent cards and letters and to those who travelled to the funeral home and funeral mass. We also express our heartfelt gratitude to the Staff at the Bons Secours Hospital for caring for Michael so well. It would be impossible to thank you all individually but we hope this acknowledgement serves to show our deep appreciation. Mick’s Anniversary Mass will take place on Saturday, November 2 in St Anne’s, Portmarnock at 6.30pm.
