O'CONNOR Gerard (late of Oughterard House, Straffan, Co. Kildare) died June 25th 2011 - On his First Anniversary, we, his, children Henry, Ronan, Anne, Dorothy, Helan and Ruth and the extended family are very grateful for the love and support shown by so many to Daddy and to us during his illness. Your kindness and thoughtfulness will always be remembered. Thanks to all who sympathised with us, attended the removal and funeral, especially those who travelled long distances to be with us, to all who sent Mass cards and letters of condolence. A special thank you to Fr. Byrne and Fr. Kelly from Kill Parish for all their kindness and assistance. In the concelebration of Gerard's funeral Mass and to all who made the ceremony such a fitting tribute. Sincere thanks to Dr. Anne Mulrooney his GP, O'Reilly's Chemist Naas, the doctors and staff at The Hermitage Clinic and Hazel Hall Nursing Home in Clane, the nurses from St. Brigid's Hospice and the HSE for their wonderful care of Daddy during his illness, and to Murphy Brothers Undertakers, Naas, for their professionalism understanding and kindness. We know that Gerard is still fondly remembered by all who knew him. Please accept this acknowledgement as a token of our appreciation. Gerard's Anniversary Mass takes place on Sunday 1st July 2012 at 12.15 pm in Kill Parish Church.
