MOORE, Anne (née Redmond), Rathfarnham, formerly of Kilternan, Rathmines and Clontarf. April 5, 2022 peacefully in St Vincent’s University Hospital. Dearly beloved wife of Aidan for 60 years. Wonderful and much loved mother to Cathal, Kieron, Lorraine, Darrell, Niamh, Gemma and Róisín. Proud Nana to James, Alannah, Brian, Luke, Orla, Aislinn, Clíona, Rían and Nathan. She will be sadly missed by her family, her brother Philip and sister-in-law Claire, her children’s partners, nephews and nieces, friends and neighbours. Pre-deceased by her son Cathal, grandson baby Conor, sister Yvonne and brother Eugene. A Funeral Mass for Anne will take place in the Church of the Divine Word, Marley Grange, Rathfarnham, tomorrow (Thursday) at 11.30am followed by burial at St Patrick’s Cemetery, Glencullen. Family flowers only. Donation, if desired to the Irish Blood Transfusion Service. May she Rest in Peace.

On this the First Anniversary of the death of Anne, her husband Aidan, surviving children Kieron, Lorraine, Darrell, Niamh, Gemma and Roisin together with their partners and Anne's nine grandchildren, wish to sincerely thank all those who gave such generous support to our family during our bereavement. In particular, we would like to deeply thank our extended family, friends and neighbours and hope you will accept our gratitude for, and our appreciation of, your kind thoughts, letters, words and deeds (including both blood and financial donations to the Irish Blood Transfusion Service). A profound thanks to St Anne’s Haematology Unit in St Vincent’s Hospital, Fr. Jim and the Bereavement Team of the parish of The Church of the Divine Word (Rathfarnham) and Tom Darcy and all in Fanagan’s Rathfarnham for all their professional help and guidance. A Mass will be offered for your personal intentions. Anne is deeply missed but will always be with us.
