Castleknock and the Parish Funeral Ministry team for their arrangement of the Mass and funeral ceremony. We thank the Funeral Directors, Cunninghams for their sensitive and professional manner. Our thanks to the Consultants, doctors and staff at Beaumont Hospital who provided great care to Tom for many years.
