O'DOHERTY, Sylvia (née Gordon) (Navan Road, Dublin 7) peacefully on February 16, 2021. Beloved wife of Jimmy and loving mother of Ashling, Ruth, Nicola, James and Gordon. She will be sadly missed by her loving family, daughter-in-law Paula, son-in-law Barry, grandchildren Lucy, James and Zach, brother Alan, sister Paula, extended family, neighbours and friends. A private family funeral will take place on Saturday morning at 10am in The Church of Our Lady Help of Christians, Navan Road which can be viewed on the parish website with burial after at Mulhuddart Cemetery. Family flowers only. Donations can be made in lieu of flowers to The Alzheimer Society of Ireland. “Forever loved and missed”

O'DOHERTY - Sylvia (February 16 2021, First Anniversary). On the first anniversary of Sylvia’s death, we would like to take this opportunity to express our sincere thanks to all who sent Mass cards, flowers, letters and messages of sympathy and who stood outside the house and church. The kindness and love we received will never be forgotten. Sylvia is deeply missed and remembered with love today and always by her husband James (Jimmy), daughters Ashling, Ruth and Nicola, son Gordon, daughter-in-law, son-in-law, grandchildren, relatives and friends. Remembering too our beloved son and brother James who passed away on July 8, 2021. Forever in our thoughts. Rest in Peace.
