McNICHOLAS Thomas (Tom) (Glenageary, Co. Dublin) Died June 26, 2011 - On the occasion of his First Anniversary Mary, Walter and Anne, Aoibheann, Claire, their families, his sisters and brother would like to thank most sincerely all who sympathised with their at our time of loss. Our thanks for their care to his GP Tom McDaid, our neighbours, staff at St. Vincent's Hospital, Dalkey community nurses, Blackrock homecare nurses and our priests Fr. Farrell and Fr. Kennedy. As it is not possible to thank everyone individually please accept this Acknowledgement as a token of our sincere gratitude and appreciation. Mass will be offered for your intentions.
