BUNBURY, Tony (Monkstown, Co. Dublin) May 16, 2025. Peacefully in the Blackrock Clinic with his family by his side; beloved husband and best friend of Bríd, wonderful dad of Helen, Anne, Conor and Kate, adored grandad of Hannah, Oskar, Lilith, Marcus, Alva, Alia and Gwen, sons-in-law Anders and Shafiq and daughter-in-law Liz, sisters Eileen and Teresa, many loved nephews and nieces, wider family and many dear friends Tony will be reposing tomorrow (Tuesday) from 5pm to 7pm in Carnegies Funeral Home, Monkstown, A94 XK28. Funeral Mass on Wednesday (May 21) at 10am in St. Patricks Church, Monkstown followed by cremation in Mount Jerome Crematorium, Harold’s Cross, Dublin 6W. For those who cannot attend, the Mass can be viewed online using the Church webcam. Sympathy messages for Tony’s family can be left in the ‘Condolence’ section on RIP. Family flowers only please. Donations, if desired, to Open Spectrum. Rest in peace.
