SPENCE, (nee Kelly) Stella (Cabinteely, Co. Dublin and formerly of Dun Laoghaire) - June 7, 2019, peacefully at the Blackrock Clinic; beloved wife of Paul and loving mother of Deborah, Frieda, John and the late Ruthie. Loved by her family, sons-in-law Andrés and Noel, grandchildren Katie, Kári, Paul, Freyja and Max, and the late Mikey, sister-in-law Georgie, extended family and friends. Reposing at Carnegies Funeral Home, 19 The Crescent, Monkstown, Co. Dublin on today (Monday) from 4-7 pm. It was Stella’s wish that the Service and Cremation on Tuesday (11th June) be private. Family flowers only, please. Donations if desired, to Sightsavers. “The day Thou gavest Lord, has ended”.
SPENCE, Stella. As we remember Stella on the First Anniversary of her death, her husband Paul, daughters Deborah and Frieda, son John and extended family would like to thank all those who sympathised with us on our sad loss; to everyone who attended the removal and to those who sent cards and messages, to our friends and neighbours who supported us in so many ways; to the celebrant Hugh Gormley and Fanagans Undertakers for their professionalism and care; to the nurses, doctors and palliative care team at the Blackrock Clinic; to all those who were and continue to be of such great support to us, we deeply appreciate your kindness.
