PARSONS, Eric (Dun Laoghaire/Carrickmines Co. Dublin) - September 29, 2016, (peacefully), in the wonderful care of the staff at St. Vincent's Hospital, surrounded by his family and extended family; Eric will be deeply missed by his wife Rita, son Brendan, daughter-in-law Sharon, granddaughters Ruby and Sadie, sisters Daphne and Pam, aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, grand nephews, grandnieces, extended family and friends. Rest in Peace. Eric donated his body to Trinity College. Memorial Service on Friday October 7 at Tullow Church, Carrickmines at 5 o'clock.
